We’ve invited some of our favorite chefs to host amazing dinner events in The Barn at Pickering House! The pop-up events are a fun way for these chefs to showcase their talents as we all get back to the dining we love! Our goal is to provide Inn guests and the community a memorable dining experience, while shining a spotlight on talented area chefs who have weathered an incredibly challenging year for the restaurant and catering industry. Chef Chris Viaud is owner and executive chef of Greenleaf and sister restaurant, Culture Bread, both located in Milford, NH. A contestant in Bravo network’s Top Chef series for 2021, Chris is an award-winning chef who has helped open restaurants in Boston and New Hampshire as well as designed commercial kitchens. We are joyfully returning to the communal seating at long farm tables that have become our beloved tradition. Attendees are respectfully requested to be vaccinated as this will be a mask-less event designed to recapture the norms we have all so eagerly anticipated.
