Our popular Innkeeper’s Suppers in The Barn at Pickering House will be returning for Spring/Summer 2020 with a few updates for the new season! The suppers will still be relaxed, communal dinners at farm tables, but we will be offering assigned seating and all dinners will be plated, rather than served family-style. Doors will open at 5:30 pm for conversation and beverages from the cash bar before dinner is served at 6:30 pm.
Chef Jonathan Hudak and his team are finalizing the menus now, but — as always — he is building the suppers around fresh, seasonal ingredients from small farms, fishermen and specialty providers. Chef Hudak will be serving up his trademark blend of fresh ingredients, incredible flavors and inventive presentations!
