New Hampshire native Madison Dullea has joined Pickering House Inn as the assistant manager. In her new position, Dullea will serve as the primary contact with guests when the Inn and The Barn at Pickering House begin accepting reservations in early May 2018.
Madison graduated magna cum laude from Endicott College in May 2016 with a BS in hospitality management. She subsequently became a key member of the opening staff for Otis Restaurant in Exeter, NH. While dining at Otis, Peter and Patty Cooke, owners of Pickering House Inn, were so taken with Madison’s commitment to outstanding customer service that they decided to offer her a job at the soon-to-open inn.
“At Pickering House Inn, our goal is create a truly exceptional experience. We want to get to know our guests interests and provide customized personal service that stands apart. Based on our experience with Madison when we first met her at Otis, we knew that she would be the perfect person to attend to our guests,” explains Peter Cooke.
Prior to her graduation from Endicott College, Madison had served as Senior Planner with The Perfect Plan, a wedding planning firm on Cape Cod, and a company representative for PSP Wines of NH, where she maintained accounts and organized product promotion tasting events.
“I will be bringing together the skills I acquired through both my education and all my work experiences to help launch Pickering House Inn. I am so excited to be part of a brand new endeavor where everybody involved is as customer service oriented as I am,” she says.
